過去所累積的經驗與技能造就更理想的現在，這大概就是 Inez 梁諾妍成為 Slash 的過程。Inez：「我一直都是個敢去衝的人，畢業後當了模特兒，有時間就會跑步，後來開始參與馬拉松，甚至考了長跑教練牌，還有健身教練、營養及體重管理等專業資格。到 2016 年拍了幾個電視節目，觀眾知道我有教練資格後就開始常問我相關問題，於是萌生了開設健身室的念頭。」經驗與知識累積的重要性，亦可在 Nike Air Max 的發展史中體現得到，由 1987 年 Air Max 1 開始到今次 Air Max 270 React，Nike 的緩震技術持續地得到改良。.
